Many times people are tempted to start with space planning, move quickly into design – only to find out that they must repeat those steps because they exceeded their budget.
However, if the budget is the first priority to establish, many of the design and function possibilities can be included in the scope of the project, while keeping a close eye on the budget… And keeping you, the client, happy!
