"Absolutely no complaints. Their communication is excellent. When installing a door, we discovered the sill plate was rotted. I called Odd Jobs and received a call back in the same day. Terry came out the next day, looked at the problem and gave me an estimate. Kathy called me to set up the appointment. Two days later, Jeff and Don showed up ready to fix the problem. They explained what they were going to do and started right in. It took them 3 days to replace the sill and each day they explained where they were at and what they would be doing for the day. They not only fixed the problem but they ensured it would not happen in the future. This was the best experience I have had as it pertains to service in a long time."
