Project Overview

An update to their outdated kitchen. The green countertops had to go! The layout was to remain but with an update with improved functionality with new cabinets and pantry. Full gut and demolition of existing kitchen with replacement of updated new cabinets, countertop, flooring, lighting, and appliances. Install of under cabinet lighting and tile backsplash. Flooring was updated in the kitchen, entry, and family room. The sliding glass door was replaced and the side windows were shortened to provide more usable floor space in the family room.

Project Goals

  • Remove wall between dining and family room to open up space.
  • Modernize the kitchen with new semi-custom kitchen cabinets.
  • Update the layout to better utilize space by moving refrigerator.
  • Update lighting.
  • Replace flooring throughout kitchen, dining, entry, and family room.
  • Replace windows in the family room to give more space for furniture.
