Okemos Girls Bathrooms Remodel
Project Overview
The girls liked the homeowners bathroom a lot more than their own and the homeowner wanted them out and in their own bathroom. The bathtub wasn't being used anymore so they opted to replace with a shower with a built in bench. They wanted the vanity to be functional for all of the product the girls had but also to be beautiful. The goal was to separate the vanity as well so the girls would have their own distinct sides of the vanity.

Project Goals
- Remove outdated dark wood in the bathroom and update to clean fresh colors.
- Remove the ceiling soffit to give more feeling of space to the room.
- Remove the outdated tub/shower and replace with a walk-in shower with bench and tile niche for storage.
- Update flooring to remove grout and replace with clean luxury vinyl plank flooring.
- Create a separation of space between the vanity sinks for each of the girls.
