Mason Basement Finish Project
Project Overview
With a few kids in the home, the customer was in need of additional space to enjoy watching movies as well as a recreation room for the family to enjoy. While creating this space, they also wanted to add a bathroom and a bedroom available for visiting guests. The next phase of the basement is to add cabinets along a wall to create a kitchenette to create a space to entertain. Framing of the basement and rooms. Insulation of the walls. Flooring using LVP/LVT flooring throughout. Drop suspended tile ceiling. Adding an egress window in bedroom space. Creating a full basement bathroom. Installing drywall. Roughing and finished electrical. Roughing and finished plumbing including all fixtures. Vanity cabinet install with cultured marble countertop. Painting basement including trim and casing.
