Mason Accessibility Bathroom Remodel
Project Overview
The existing bathroom was a very strange layout and was a real problem for the accessibility needs of the homeowner. The bathroom required a full gut and remodel with an updated layout to allow for better access to the shower and vanity. The entry door to the bathroom also needed to be adjusted to allow for wheelchair and walker access into the bathroom. Just about everything in this bathroom needed to be moved around to provide access and better functionality. Full gut and demolition to existing bathroom with relocation of many fixtures to allow for accessibility to the bathroom. Relocation of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC in bathroom. Adjustments to the closet. New vanity, new cultured stone shower with accessibility ramp curb. New linen closet built in. Shower includes tile detail, bench, niches, and glass partition.
