Lansing Westside Neighborhood Kitchen Remodel

Project OVerview

This homeowner had started work with another contractor (this is not uncommon for us) and was not getting the vision of what she wanted. By meeting with our design team, she was able to see full 3D renderings and be able to see the space come to life. This remodel was a complete gut and remodel of the kitchen and adjacent nook space. Due to the age of the home, Odd Fellows Contracting made adjustments to the structure of the walls, ceiling, and floor to sure up the home so that it can last another 100 years. All major mechanicals (plumbing, electrical, and HVAC) were updated as part of the remodel. The project included new semi-custom cabinets, quartz countertop, tile backsplash, updated lighting, in-cabinet lighting, LVT flooring, and a window update.
