Holt Master Bathroom / Bedroom Renovation
Project Overview
The layout of the existing bathroom was very undesirable, especially with a large jetted tub that was taking up most of the bathroom space. The goal was to open up the bathroom and incorporate a portion of the closet space to create an overall more functional master bedroom suite. The hope was to get a larger shower as major feature to the bathroom. Complete renovation of an existing outdated master bathroom in Holt, Michigan. This project included replacing the existing roof and roofing substructure due to the presence of mold. A large amount of windows were also replaced along with a rework of the master bedroom closet areas. During construction, we discovered that the existing roof plywood had rotted out and had created mold issues that needed to be remedied.
