Holt Gunn Road Laundry Remodel

Project Overview

At some point in life, carrying a full laundry basket up and down stairs becomes a pain, or even worse, it can become dangerous.  The homeowner had a large corner tub that was not getting much use and wanted to remove the tub to accommodate space for a side-by-side washer and dryer on the main floor of the home.  The work involved removal of the existing tub, updating the plumbing, electrical, and venting for the new washer and dryer location, drywall patching and repair, flooring installation, cabinet installation, and painting of the space.
