Holt Full Bathroom Remodel

Project Overview

The homeowners had started removing the flooring in the bathroom and were wanting to remove the rest as well to start over. They had a very typical fully framed in shower and were wanting to open up the space more by opening up a portion of the wall in the shower. Full demolition of existing bathroom (other than the homeowners removing their own flooring), new cultured stone shower with reframe for half wall, replace closet with linen storage cabinet, new vanity cabinetry with soft close doors and drawers, quartz countertop with undermount sink, new faucets, new framed vanity mirrors and vanity lighting, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new glass enclosure for shower including frameless hinged door, new shower fixtures, new bathroom accessories, replace door to bathroom with barn door.
