Holt Four Seasons Room Addition and Kitchen Remodel
Project Overview
A new room to enjoy more sunlight and have a place to relax in the room addition along with an update to make a more open and updated kitchen. This part of the house is hardly recognizable after the addition of a 4 seasons room and kitchen remodel. As the home was expanded, the kitchen had more room to expand as well. The extra space allowed by moving the stovetop opened up the kitchen more and provided more storage and countertop space.

- Create additional space in the home with an all-seasons room.
- Update the deck and upgrade to Trex composite decking for lower future maintenance.
- Remodel the kitchen as part of the remodel and improve kitchen function.
- Update flooring in the kitchen and dining space and tie it to the addition space.
