Lake Lansing Haslett Sunroom Addition

Project Overview

The existing deck didn't provide much usable space and the railing wasn't up to code, making it a hazard for the customer's grandchildren. The goal was to add usable living space to the home along with updating the deck. This project included a 226 square foot three seasons room addition replacing the outdated deck in Haslett, plus a 180 square foot Trex composite deck with Trex Transcend railing. Construction involved demolition of the existing deck, build of the new three-seasons room with multiple windows and a door, and installation of updated lighting and a ceiling fan.
