Frandor Area Lansing Basement Bathroom Remodel
Project Overview
Basement update in the Frandor area of Lansing, Michigan that included a complete remodel of the basement bathroom. The shower area was fully remodeled and enlarged, which had an impact on the adjacent bedroom. Flooring throughout a large portion of the basement was updated, specifically in the bathroom and laundry room. We completed various drywall patches and uncovered areas of exterior leaking that were remedied. The tile shower was the focal point, with white subway tile, a herringbone-pattern tile niche, and integrated glass block to brighten the space.
