East Lansing Finished Basement Project
Project Overview
An open layout in their finished basement with a transitional design. They were interested in keeping their original fireplace intact. In their kitchen they wanted glass door cabinets and some open shelving for display. Framing of the basement and rooms. Insulation of the walls. Flooring using LVP/LVT flooring throughout. Drop suspended tile ceiling. Adding an egress window in bedroom space. Creating a full basement bathroom. Installing drywall. Roughing and finished electrical. Roughing and finished plumbing including all fixtures. Vanity cabinet install with cultured marble countertop. Painting basement including trim and casing.
