Cumberland Lansing Kitchen Remodel

Project Overview

This Lansing area home is located near the Lansing Capital Region Airport and was looking for a way to make big improvements in a small space. This kitchen remodel included a full demolition to the existing kitchen including removal of kitchen cabinets, flooring, soffits, etc. to make room for the remodeled kitchen. Because of the baseboard heat, our designer, Mark Dixon, had to get creative with how to create additional storage in a previously difficult to use storage area. The kitchen and adjacent room flooring was replaced with luxury vinyl plank. The countertops were updated to a quartz with a new workstation style undermount kitchen sink. The general layout of the kitchen was preserved but was expanded through better use of space. The update to the kitchen lighting was a great improvement.
