CATALINA DRIVE HOLT SCREENED PORCH
Project overview
This sunroom addition completed in Holt, Michigan included demolition of the existing wood deck. The entirety of the deck structure was removed and replace with new posts and footing for the updated sunroom to bear the load of the new structure. The new decking was done with Trex Transcend Carmel with Trex Enhance Coastal Bluff fascia and skirting. The structure was covered with Azek wrap around the beams. The screen frames are an extruded white aluminum with a charcoal fiberglass screen mesh. We installed (4) Velux skylights to give extra light and installed remote controlled blinds to provide the ability to close and open based on the sunlight. We ran conduit for exterior lighting and a ceiling mounted fan along with a plug next to the screen door.
