Service Overview
Construction of a 226 square foot three seasons room addition replacing an outdated deck in Haslett. Additionally this project includes construction of a 180 square foot Trex composite deck with Trex Transcend railing. The project involved demolition of existing deck along with build of new three-seasons room with multiple windows and door. Construction included installation of updated lighting and ceiling fan.
Customer's Wishes
The existing deck didn't provide much usable space and the railing was not up to code and was a hazard for the customer's grandchildren. The goal was to add usable living space to the home along with updating the deck.
