Build-Out: Assumes open layout and would include: framing, insulation, switches, outlets, recessed LED lights, HVAC ventilation, drywall, doors, trim, painting and carpet. The more walls and upgraded trim details the higher the price per sq. ft. goes up. NOTE: When the size gets smaller than 1000 sq. ft. the price per sq. ft. may increase.
Bath: Assumes an 8’ x 5’ bathroom including a vanity, toilet and shower. Also assumes drains are pre-roughed. The level of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and finishes will determine the final price.
Wet Bar: Wet Bars are very hard to estimate until a final design is established. An Economy Beverage Center consists of 6’-8’ of cabinetry and countertops. A Designer Wet Bar includes the same as the basic-level except it adds an island or peninsula section for bar stools. A PremiumWet Bar is a more customized space for parties including multiple appliances and high end finishes.
