At Odd Fellows and Odd Jobs, we’re proud to be part of the Williamston community and even more proud to serve a community that consistently shows up for one another. This year, we’re hosting a Week of Giving, and we invite you to join us in supporting three local organizations doing life-changing work:
Williamston Food Bank
LOVE N DEED Foster Closet
Greater Lansing Area Dog Rescues
Bring your donations to our showroom throughout the week, and our team will take care of delivering everything directly to each organization. Together, we can make a meaningful impact right here at home.

Founded by members of the Jacobs family, LOVE N DEED Foster Closet provides essential items to foster families who often welcome children with little more than the clothes they arrive in. Their mission is to make children feel safe, cared for, and valued during a difficult transition.
What Foster Closets Provide:
Clothing, underwear, socks
Shoes
Hygiene products
Toys
Books
Baby gear like diapers, car seats, strollers
School supplies
Most Needed Items Right Now:
New underwear
New socks
Diapers (all sizes)
Many members of our team, like so many of you, have dogs we consider part of the family. It’s heartbreaking how many strays and abandoned animals are in our local shelters. We want to help give these dogs warmth, comfort, and hope while they wait for their forever homes.
If you’d like to donate, here’s what rescues need most:
Old blankets & towels
Dog beds
Toys & treats
Paper towels
Sponges
Small lunch-size paper bags
Kleenex
Paper cups
BOUNCE fabric softener sheets
Purell hand sanitizer (8 oz pump bottles)
You can also donate directly via their Amazon Wish List, but these commonly forgotten items from home go a long way too.
One of these sweet pups could be the next snuggle buddy curled up on someone’s couch. Let’s help get them there!
We invite the entire community to drop donations at the Odd Fellows Contracting showroom throughout our Week of Giving. Big or small, every contribution makes a real impact for local families, foster children, and rescued dogs who need our help.
Thank you for joining us in spreading kindness, compassion, and hope this season.
